Mechanical Effects:
(also called practical or physical effects), are usually accomplished during a live-action shooting or on set productions. This includes the use of mechanized props, scenery, scale models, pyrotechnics, air mortars, etc.
Any property or device constructed to perform an action or movement, or which has any animated function.
